Chef Michael Lewis & Steven Haigh’s new Wynwood hotspot KYU is launching brunch Sunday, March 6 2016. The Asian-inspired wood-fired grill will feature staples that have quickly become favorites on KYU’s menu including Crisp Crab Steamed Bun; Grilled Octopus, hearts of Palm, Red Onion and Sudachi Lime; and Pork and Shitake Gyoza, Smoked Truffle Ponzu. “Breakfasty” items will include Banana and Bourbon French Toast with salted butter and maple syrup; Steak & Eggs with fire roasted kimchi and sides like Duck Sausage and Maple-Schicimi Bacon.
