7. KYU

If you’re a fan of craft cocktails, you have to stop by KYU this Cinco de Mayo to try their brand new Mezcal Negroni, introduced to the menu just in time for the Cinco festivities. Prepared in a porthole infuser and aged 3-7 days, the Mezcal Negroni features Creyente Mezcal mixed with wood chips, blood orange, Campari, Pimms #1, Carpano and Antica Sweet Vermouth.
